Goal: Just as Bob Ross used a limited palette to create his happy little masterpieces, you are asked to use EIGHT (and ONLY eight) colors of hand-dyed fabric to create your quilt. As always, we want to you BE INSPIRED by Bob Ross to design a unique piece that is personal and fabulous! You do not have to duplicate his work. The entire quilt top and binding must be made from Cherrywood fabric. Backing is your choice of fabric.

This piece pays tribute to Bob’s big heart. He adopted many 4-legged and bird friends. Here they are watching him paint.

Construction: Raw-edge applique using Cherrywood fabric; commercial cotton for backing; polyester batting; cotton, polyester and monofilament threads; various pigments.
