Note on Shipping & Shipping Costs:
The USPS recently raised rates on parcel shipping. After cost comparisons, USPS is still the best value for the products we ship. Note that if you like several products in our store, it would be to your advantage to order more than one item at a time, to make the most of your flat-rate postage.
Unfortunately, due to the complexities of international shipping, we decided not to ship anywhere except to Domestic US cities. We apologize. Note that this decision does not affect the sales of the GPC Challenge or online courses.
We are working hard to keep costs down for our customers, and are very grateful for your business.
Local Pickup Option:
You are more than welcome to save shipping costs by picking up your items from Rhonda’s Studio in Emporia, Kansas. This option is available on all orders for physical items unless otherwise specified on the website. If this is an option you want to use, please notify us once your order has been placed. We will contact you with details and coordinate a time and date with you. Another advantage of this option is that you will be able to see some of Rhonda’s original artwork on display and get a tour of her studio.
Rhonda’s Books:
Rhonda’s Books purchased through RhondaDenney.com
You may purchase an autographed book directly from Rhonda through this website. If you want the book dedicated to a person (up to two people) you may specify that during the order process. You may also indicate that you do not want the book title page autographed by Rhonda Denney.
Unfortunately, due to shipping complications, we cannot ship products outside the domestic United States. You have the option of purchasing a softcover book through Amazon.com or an eBook when they become available. Unfortunately, those books will not be autographed.
Normally softcover books purchased through RhondaDenney.com are not returnable. If your order incurred damage during shipping please contact us within 7 days with your order number and details of the damaged items. Please include clear pictures of the damage (including any damaged packaging).
We will respond to your situation by email and give you the approval to return the damaged book(s). Package the damaged item(s) with care and ship it/them back to us to maintain their current quality. Returned damaged books will be inspected and, once verified as an acceptable return, processed accordingly, either with a replacement book or store credit. Items returned without prior contact will not be processed and not returned.
Rhonda’s Books purchased through Amazon.com:
You may purchase Rhonda’s book from Amazon.com. This will give international buyers the option of purchasing Rhonda’s Pigment Patchwork – Artful Techniques for Fabric Embellishment softcover book. Damaged items, refunds, or returns will be handled by Amazon.com using their policies and terms. Please contact Amazon.com directly. You may notify us so we are aware of the situation.
Rhonda’s eBook of Pigment Patchwork – Artful Techniques for Fabric Embellishment
Shortly, you will be able to use Amazon.com to purchase the eBook version of Rhonda’s book, Pigment Patchwork – Artful Techniques for Fabric Embellishment. This option should be available wherever Amazon does business. All sales of eBooks fall under Amazon’s policies and terms.
Rhonda’s Shop Items:
RhondaDenney.com offers a wide selection of items featuring reproductions of Rhonda’s artwork, from limited edition prints to FQ fabric panels, stickers & magnets as well as notecards and other items. Rhonda’s original artwork, if available for purchase, is also included in her shop.
Sizes, Prices & Availability:
Rhonda offers a limited selection of goods and sizes of her printed materials. If you have questions about purchasing an item that is not yet available or a size you don’t see, please drop us a note with details, including the item, the subject matter, and the size, if appropriate. We will notify you if and when we can stock that item so you can order it. We appreciate your interest in Rhonda’s work!
Many items are created in small batches and, in some cases, printed on demand. Rhonda does not keep a large inventory on hand (she does not have the room!) We strive to keep inventory information up-to-date and accurate on the website. During the fulfillment process, if we determine that an item is no longer available, we will notify you. If the item can be restocked we will let you know about the delay. In some cases, an item may no longer be available. We appreciate your understanding and patience.
In most cases, to save you shipping costs, we will hold an order until all items are available to ship. If necessary, partial orders may be sent out and refunds or store credit applied.
We try to keep the information regarding the availability of Rhonda’s original artwork up-to-date. In the event that artwork is inadvertently listed as available when it has already been sold, we appreciate your understanding. Rhonda does offer commission work if you want another original piece created that can be similar to an existing design. Please refer to the “Commissioned Artwork by Rhonda” section.
The prices of Rhonda’s store items are subject to change. Rhonda tries to keep costs down and her prices reasonable. We thank you for your understanding.
Quality Materials
Rhonda strives to use providers with high-quality standards in creating the store goods she offers. Rhonda takes great care to accurately reproduce her fabric artwork for the sharpest detail and accurate color, using high-quality photographs.
The limited-edition, numbered, hand-signed giclee prints are produced on a smooth textured Fine Art paper with a structure similar to traditional watercolor and etching paper. The state-of-the-art printing technology uses archival inks that produce sharp photographic reproduction and color fidelity.
Items offered in Rhonda’s Shop are checked for quality and are required to meet Rhonda’s high standards. If you receive a defective item, please refer to the section “Defective Items” below.
Printed Fat Quarter (FQ) Panels of Rhonda's Artwork
Rhonda uses Spoonflower to print the FQ panels of her artwork. The maximum resolution allowed for fabric printing is 150 dpi. Unfortunately, the details of her artwork printed on fabric using Spoonflower may not be of the same detail quality as her other artwork prints. That resolution cannot be changed.
Believe me, we have tried! We apologize, but the printed quality is Spoonflower’s standard.
Rhonda's Original Artwork
All of Rhonda’s fabric art is original. If you want to give one of Rhonda’s available creations a new home, we would love to help support you in that decision!
If you want detailed photographs of the original artwork please contact Rhonda to coordinate this.
Serious inquiries only, please. We want to accurately represent the original artwork before purchase.
We want to ensure that you receive what you are expecting! All sales of Rhonda’s original artworks are final.
Each original artwork will be packaged securely for shipment to you, or you can arrange for pickup at Rhonda’s studio.
The shipping cost will be determined by size and weight and therefore considered a Custom Shipment.
The estimated cost will be determined and added to the order prior to the sale. The item(s) will be shipped once payment is received.
Commissioned Artwork by Rhonda
Rhonda offers commissioned artwork services. If an original piece is not available, Rhonda can create one that is inspired by the original. This allows you to customize the design including subject matter, color palette, etc.
Or, Rhonda can create a design using your photographs or ideas as inspiration.
Please contact us if you are interested in pursuing this option. Pricing and details will be provided upon request.
Pricing will be based on the size of the piece. Shipping costs are extra. A deposit of 60% minimum of the quoted price is required before work starts.
Rhonda will invite your involvement during the artwork design process by communicating details and obtaining choice decisions for options for the piece.
Construction of the artwork will not begin without your approval of the planned design.
Once the construction process starts she will provide ongoing status, including photographs of the progress. Rhonda ensures that the Buyer remains involved with decisions regarding the construction of the piece.
Pictures of the final piece are provided when it is completed. The buyer gets final approval before shipment. Total payment of the remaining quoted price, minus credit for the deposit, plus shipping costs is required before the artwork is released to the buyer.
Should the regrettable situation occur where the buyer is not satisfied with the final work, the situation will be assessed and a partial refund may be approved. The initial deposit is non-refundable. Once the piece(s) is/are shipped to the buyer, all sales are final.
Rhonda has done many commissioned pieces over the years and has never had a piece rejected by the Buyer. We are confident that your experience will be the same!
